MISS CINCO DE MAYO 2012

OBJECTIVES OF THE EVENT:

- Finding the three most sympathetic girls, who will lead the Cinco de Mayo Parade 2012 New York (Central Park West, Sunday May 6, 2012)
- Collecting funds for scholarships for young people who want to advance to higher education in order to take leadership in serving the Latino community in New York

EVENT DATE: Saturday April 21, 2012

VENUE: The Boom / 56-15 Northern Blvd 2nd Fl / Woodside, NY 11377

EVENT SCHEDULE: 4 PM to 8 PM. Participants and contestants can stay at La Boom to continue the party until the night is over.

Entry Fee: $ 20, before the event. $ 25, the day of the event. You can get tickets at the distribution centers in La Boom or Tepeyac Association

PARTICIPANTS IN THE EVENT

General Public: Important to arrive at 4 PM. Support for the sympathy of the contestants must show collaborating with their vote. A vote is one dollar.

CONTESTANTS:

- Girls aged 16, of any nationality, whose sympathy, you can win public support before and during the event.
- The girls who win the top three of the competition offers) lead the Cinco de Mayo Parade, b) submission to the Media and the girls more sympathetic and supportive to the cause of education of our young leaders, c) a one year scholarship Tepeyac (Tepeyac all courses are free for them for a year)
- The first place winner wins the crown, and is eligible to apply for a scholarship WALK to pay a portion of their tuition at the university in the next semester.
- Must register with Asociacion Tepeyac before March 21, 2012. No cost.
- Contestants are only entitled to 2 tickets for accompanying persons (makeup artist and promoter)

SPONSORS OF CONTESTANTS

- If a business or company would like to sponsor the dresses of one or more contestants, the corporation must agree to the sponsorship contract with the Tepeyac Association of New York, and shall be entitled to have his name and logo are included in advertising, before and during the Event.
- If the contestants already have a company they represent, the company should make the sponsorship contract with the Association Tepeyac de New York

OTHER SPONSORS

- Every company wishing to sponsor this event are welcome and should make a sponsorship contract with the Tepeyac Association of New York. The resources provided will be used to produce the event, and the surplus will be used to finance the Development Program for Young Leaders of the Asociation Tepeyac (WALK).

BANDS, bands, DJs, Mariachis, and so on.

- All bands are welcome to entertain the 4 hour event. This is an opportunity for promotion in the Latino Community. There is no payment for their services, but they are included in advertising the event to promote them. Those interested should register at the Asociacion Tepeyac de New York, writing first [email protected] to request to be included among those who could perform on those 4 hours of event.

- All volunteers for the planning, organization and coordination for the production of this event should write E mail [email protected]

ORGANIZERS

- This event is organized by the Leadership Development Group of the Asociacion Tepeyac de New York (WALK)
- All students who have belonged, belonging, or wish to belong now to WALK, are invited to develop their production capacity in the event, to distribute advertising, selling tickets, and enjoy the benefits of the Scholarship Walk.
