Asociación Tepeyac de New York educates people to know about their Human and Civil rights, regardless their immigration status. Immigrants and US Citizens should know their rights and responsibilities in the United States and this is the goal of our program.
We have workshops, and individual counseling for people about immigration issues, immigration raids and detentions, deportations, applications to be sponsored by marriage, family or employers; visas for students, work visas, visas for professionals and artists, tourists and marriage visas, etc.
Labor rights, problems at the work place, discrimination, sexual harassment, family issues, domestic violence, child support, parenting skills, traffic accidents, and accidents at the work place, medical mala practice, etc.
We have two schedules for workshops or individual counseling about Human and Civil Rights.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5 PM to 7 PM. People must call during mornings to get an appointment, during such time. |
